ROOTS (7th & 8th grade) is going back to the Columbus area to minister to the people of Good Samaritan Church and the inner-city doing various mission projects. This trip is designed with middle school students in mind, where they will have the opportunity to meet and interact with the people from the city and work in the community.

Surrounded by 900 acres is Christ's Outreach for the Blind. This is a camp that reaches out to specifically blind and handicapped children, over 600 a year! This is a camp that is totally up kept by missionaries and volunteers in partnership with a small staff, so there is plenty of maintenance waiting for us to get done to help this camp run more effectively!

Kenya August 3-17, 2010
This international mission trip for adults will begin at ELI (Empowering Lives International) where we will serve at one of ELI's Training centers in Kenya. Then our team will move on to Mfangano Island and will stay at Gethsemane Garden Christian Centre, an orphanage and community center for children affected by AIDS. Much of our free time will be spent with the children at the orphanage, sharing meals, playing games and ministering to those infected with HIV. The last part of the trip will be to connect with Pastor Elisha where the Lord is gathering together over 400 pastors, leaders and potential leaders for a five day Christian convention in Kisii, Kenya.
Cost: $3000? (Depends on airfare), Applications and a $100 deposit will be due by Dec. 1st.

Dulce, New Mexico Jicarilla Apache Reservation

On this 8-day trip domestic mission trip for adults to Dulce, New Mexico there will be opportunities to worship at the church where Bill DeBoer, one of our missionaries, is a pastor; to tour the reservation; and to be introduced to the culture of the Apache people. We will have the opportunity to do a variety of work projects and no special skill are needed - just a willingness to serve and have fun!
